This isn’t just an update — this is the one that redefines Racing Dash 2D.

After months of iteration, testing, and polish, version 2.0.0 brings the most substantial overhaul the game has seen since launch. Whether you’re returning or playing for the first time, this is the version to try.

What’s New:

• All-New Movement System – Completely rebuilt from the ground up for smoother, tighter controls across all platforms.

• Upgraded Upgrades – The upgrade system has been overhauled to be more reliable, scalable, and future-proof.

• Refreshed Garage/Shop – A cleaner, more intuitive interface with improved visual layout and navigation.

• Better Buttons – Redesigned UI buttons with clearer text and better spacing.

• Keyboard Support – Arrow key navigation and improved UI focus handling for non-QWERTY players.

• Performance Squeeze – Optimized memory usage even further — especially on mobile. It was already efficient… now it’s even leaner.

• Legacy Save Migration – Old save data is automatically converted to the new system. No progress lost.

Racing Dash 2D started as a group project in high school. Over time, it became something more — a solo-built title created with Godot 4, optimized for mobile, desktop, and Raspberry Pi 5. Version 2.0.0 is the result of that journey.
